@JesseDornfeld It’s too early for me to expect much of #1 . #2 is important. #3 is interesting. I’m inclined to be more suspicious of someone with lots more followers than they choose to follow. Implies low likelihood of future interaction. Also might be ‘too busy’ to bother following back!
