@TruthBeTold424 @Vinsaneforjesus Definitely. That’s not a coincidence.

@BrotherPhilemon I am seeking to understand better the idea of ‘once saved always saved’ because there are so many places in the Bible that indicate that salvation can be lost, that people can fall away, turn away, that the evidence for salvation is evident in our changed character. I have found…

@BaptistDancing Apple are holding onto that double-space. Double tap space bar on iPad or iPhone and you get a period followed by a single space. I use that all the time 😀

@PilgrimIntoWord @StoneKamino I love jazz. The greats: Bill Evans, Coltrane, Chick Corea, lots of the fusion stuff from the 70’s and later. Patrice Rushen’s early stuff. There’s lots of very good modern bands working within jazz too. Bill Evans had a knack for finding amazing (albeit acoustic) bassists. Scott…

@RachaelColby7 This is wonderful news. She must have been so scared. 🤲🏻🤲🏻

@JesseDornfeld I agree. There are many more passages in the Bible that talk of believers falling or turning away, and that is the reading you will tend to come away with if you haven’t been taught the doctrine of eternal salvation beforehand. I know because that was me. I felt MacArthur’s ‘you…

Romans 7:21–24 For in my inner being I delight in God’s law. But I see another law at work in my body, warring against the law of my mind and holding me captive to the law of sin that dwells within me.

@PilgrimIntoWord @StoneKamino What kind of jazz / artists do you like, Shannon?

@JesseDornfeld This came up on my feed today. I think #4 might be a bit circular. youtu.be/9nlvj9nNVCA

@lukeappleton Not hell. Sheol’s ‘place of comfort’. Sometimes called Abraham’s bosom. Mike Winger covers this in the most convincing way I’ve heard, in this clip: youtube.com/watch?v=jBppy6…

@JesseDornfeld I believe there will be people in Heaven who Believed and bore fruit in keeping with repentance who were unconvinced that they were saved. Consider ‘I believe, help my unbelief’. I think Mike Winger touches on this area in his video from a week ago.

@JesseDornfeld @wolvesatthegate I was listening to that the other day! Spotify recommended ‘Weight of Glory’ off Eulogies (Live Sessions) and I went from there 😀

@StoneKamino @bisbanowrites It’s dreadful that this is the case. It is odd that other religions do not seem subject to the same attitude. Despite in many cases being de-facto far less forgiving than is Christianity.

@JesseDornfeld @bisbanowrites It’s not me it’s Him 😊

@StoneKamino @bisbanowrites You can be judged in the court of wokery, based on a host of preconceptions, without even being asked what you think, these days.

@StoneKamino @bisbanowrites Yours was as good as any other, just in a different way. It would be amazing if someone perceived something different about me as Abdul did in you. Some people are more perceptive than others. I’m sure that some perceive the Holy Spirit despite our mixed corporeal natures.

@bisbanowrites A9. My wife. Its so frustrating when I try hard to be gracious and forgiving, gentle and kind, and occasionally crack under pressure, and that gets called out. Thinking on how that makes me feel I’m reminded that none are good, not one. Its why we need Christ. #HealthyFaithChat

@ReneeLeonardKe1 @PilgrimIntoWord @StoneKamino @bisbanowrites Recently, moments like that have been my biggest shame. Much worse than the shame I felt before I was saved, about other worldly things. #HealthyFaithChat

@PilgrimIntoWord @bisbanowrites @JesseDornfeld had a similar experience, though his was slightly less scary

#HealthyFaithChat

@bisbanowrites A6. Peter. His restoration despite his denial of Christ’s fellowship is a lesson for all of who face similar moments of truth, and fail. Not enough people talk about this moment in the Gospels. ‘Get behind me Satan’ was on a few chapters earlier too. Big lessons #HealthyFaithChat

@StoneKamino @bisbanowrites You could have heard a pin drop when I gave daily Bible study as an example of a good habit and regular activity I’d implemented, in a workshop recently, ha ha. Others were asked to elaborate on their examples! I’m not sure they wanted to delve into mine! #HealthyFaithChat

@PilgrimIntoWord @bisbanowrites Wow. He smiled. God works in mysterious ways. God was clearly testing your faith through that experience. When we can face the small trials, we can hope that the larger ones become easier. Training for the tribulation 😀
