- Realise that peace is not found by seeking division
- Avoid procrastination, and the things of the world that steal time and satisfaction (for example rubbish TV and social media)

I am sick of ‘the world’. While I suspect that our current time is nothing compared with Sodom and Gomorrah, Tire, or the world before The Flood, despite what some might say, I think there’s a case to be made that we should know much better. Not least thanks to #Jesus' sacrifice.
My late Uncle and Aunt were devout Plymouth Brethren. I never got to talk to them about their faith but I wish I could now because I think we’d be in agreement on the fundamentals. They lived and breathed their beliefs in a way that I’ve never seen anyone else, before or since.
The contrast with the Law, Kings and Chronicles is confusing, until you realise how much of what they say foreshadows #Jesus. The Old Testament is a revelation in light of the New.
One thing I find intriguing about #TheBible is how many significant moments are covered so briefly - Adam & Eve in the garden, Cain & Abel, Noah’s Flood, The Crucifixion, Jesus' birth. It’s almost as if the authors in their Divine inspiration felt no need to labour the point 😀

Jesus has been co-opted and claimed by so many frauds and charlatans. The idea that all religion is equal is rubbish. Gods word is clear. Faith in anything else is futile. There is only one way to eternal life.
