@CreatedforaPur1 I think that is why it’s so misunderstood by us Gentiles. We just don’t get the allegories going back to Daniel et al. I’m listening to MacArthurs 1994 Revelation verse by verse sermons on GTY. He’s very thorough. Nothing can be taken for granted.

@TheLeviOliver @khondowe_henry @paulwasher You are right. God is perfectly just and will judge accordingly. Below a certain level of maturity that He knows, we are saved by grace alone, whether baby, child or even the unborn, whom he knows while still in the womb.

@trenchfaith4X When churches set out to thrill with spectacle and theatrics, it’s not surprising they attract worldly thrill-seekers. Especially when many churches refuse to acknowledge man’s depravity, and affirm people in their sin.

@CSLCHSnMore One thing I had to work on was realising that I was hopefully looking for the wrong things out of each post I made (engagements basically). I reminded myself of Colossians 3:23. Whatever I do I do for Him. I have been much happier since.
@CSLCHSnMore I feel your pain, David. Twitter is a time-sink. Box the time off. Avoid mindless scrolling. But remember that it is a great place for fellowship and evangelism as well, and you have built a following that can help reach and lift others.

@CreatedforaPur1 I’m working through Revelation at the moment and spending more time in commentaries (curiously enough) so my usual daily reflections have been interrupted by a deeper dive. But it’s nice to share random stuff occasionally!
