Science does not tell us how or when the universe was created. Scientists have theories, but no proof.

@Curi_Christian One thing I realised as I went through the book was that my feeling that I held ‘loosely’ to my 6 24h day literal young earth view wasn’t true. I’m far more committed to it than I realised! And all the more surprising to me because for 40+ years I was 100% old-earth evolutionist.

@Curi_Christian There’s lots more I can say about Design, the way some mainstream scientists are moving away from incremental evolutionist view to explain complexity, the way similarity across species is taken to require common ancestry, rather than efficient design & reuse of building blocks…
@Curi_Christian They cannot explain the origins of the universe, yet we are the ones who have ‘blind faith’? I believe that at the end of the day Scripture will be vindicated, but I don’t need science to believe, personally.
